Every profile is built from individual facts, each tied to a source and checked by a named person. Complaints and regulatory actions are always shown with their outcome, dates and scale. An assessment is drafted by one person and approved by another. We do not produce scores, ratings or rankings, and commercial relationships never change what a profile says.
